Helmets with nodding plumes came up, next shoulders and breasts and limbs of men with weapons, and in time a whole harvest of armed warriors. And the whole crowd fell to smiting and fighting each other till all fell, slain with mutual wounds, except a few survivors. And one of them said to another, "If you think this is bad, go check out western Nevada."
